Danella is now hiring for our Industrial, Roadside and Rail Herbicide Application Projects. Danella is looking for experienced applicators currently licensed in right of way as a commercial applicator or show abilities in experience to obtain certification.

Primary responsibilities will include communicating with clients, mixing and application of all herbicide batches, maintaining equipment, processing paperwork and reports and directing others within the work site.

Physical Job Requirements and Demands

The position requires physical demands including:

• Mixing, loading and transportation of herbicides
• Ability to drive a commercial vehicle for multiple hours a day.
• Ability to work, day and nighttime hours
• Ability to work in industrial and roadside settings.
• Ability to travel up to 4-6 weeks overnight at a time.

Hours

Most days are ten (10) hour days, but you must be able to work twelve (12) hour days when necessary. Some Saturday, Sunday, or night work may be required. Hours may vary depending on weather conditions and workload.

-All successful candidates will have passed both a physical examination and drug / alcohol screen.

-Must maintain valid driver’s license and be able to pass DOT physical along with a background check.

-Must be able to lift at least 90 lbs.
