Working Foreman Position

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Morning truck inspections: check fluids, tires, wipers, any damanges to report, etc. Make sure truck and trailer are safe to drive.
  • Work alongside crew in all aspects of repairs.
  • Manage and communicate to your crew the scope of work.
  • Coach and train your crew to work safe.
  • Fill out paperwork for each job, take pictures of each job (Before & After) and upload pictures into your Timesheet on IPAD.
  • Housekeeping: making sure your truck, trailer and tools are clean and kept in good shape daily.
  • Effectively communicate with management: job updates, job completions, crew issues, crew needs, etc.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Good clean driving record, CDL preferred.
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish.
  • Must be ablet to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in Spanish.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Keen attention to details and accuracy.
  • Able to use iPad/ computer.
  • Has good knowledge of all types of hand tools -Gas, Battery etc.  and heavy equipment
  • Experience in all aspects of landscape repairs such as: sod, plants, irrigation, sprinklers, water lines, concrete, pavers, asphalt, etc.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday.

Education / Experience.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
